1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using CeraTrack LLC ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

CeraTrack LLC is a comprehensive web-based platform designed for cerakote job tracking and business management. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Job Tracking and Management: Complete job lifecycle management with status workflow tracking, priority assignment, job item tracking, color selection, notes, and progress monitoring
• Customer Information Management: Comprehensive customer database with contact information, order history, customer tags, insights, and relationship tracking
• Inventory Management: Real-time stock tracking for Cerakote colors and variants, stock level monitoring, minimum stock alerts, and inventory analytics
• Invoice Generation and Management: Create, manage, and track invoices with line items, payment status, and integration capabilities
• Business Analytics and Reporting: Dashboard analytics, revenue tracking, workload insights, trend analysis, and business performance metrics
• Multi-Location Support: Manage multiple business locations with location-specific data and reporting
• Multi-User Accounts and Permissions: Team collaboration with user accounts, role-based access control, and permission management
• Scheduling Capabilities: Job scheduling and calendar management features
• SMS/Email Notifications: Automated notifications for job status updates, inventory alerts, and business communications

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. DATA AND PRIVACY

Customer Data Responsibility: As a user of the Service, you are responsible for the customer data you input into the system. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to collect, store, and process such customer data, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA.

Data Export: You have the right to export your data at any time. We provide tools and methods for you to download your data in standard formats. Upon termination of your account, you may request a complete export of your data within 30 days of termination.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CeraTrack LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription Fee: The Service is available at a flat rate of $79 per month, billed monthly.
• Free Trial: New subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall CeraTrack LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. TERMINATION

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
